The inside is completely lined with the "Navy" Kona Cotton fabric that matches the blue in the flag. The bag is cut and then machine-quilted before it is constructed.

The bag measures approximately 12" x 13" with a 3" measurement at the bottom. The handles are approximately 38" in length. With this length of strap this can be used as a shoulder bag or a cross-body bag or you can tie the straps and use it as a purse.
